Tim Hou (Chef) is a Taiwanese-American food enthusiast. He loves everything about food, whether it’s eating, cooking, or daydreaming about food. His favorite Taiwanese foods include pork buns – 叉烧包 (chāshāo bāo), stinky tofu – 臭豆腐 (chòu dòufu), sticky rice – 粽子 (zòngzi), Taiwanese sausage – 香腸 (xiāngcháng)… let’s just say he likes to eat everything. Outside of cooking, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family.
